Hi everyone, welcome to Andy Payne State Farm. Thanks for stopping by! I am a lifetime resident of Louisiana and earned my degree from Northwestern State University. I am proud to say that there are 4 boys in the Payne family and 3 of them became State Farm Agents! When I am not working, I enjoy fishing and hunting, and love spending time with my family and going to my grandchildren’s sports events!

I have been an agent since 1981 and have enjoyed the last 44 years. My office is here to assist with all your insurance needs. Whether it be Auto Insurance or Homeowners Insurance, my team and I are here to guide you in finding a plan that works for you! We can also help with your other insurance needs.
